Kim Charles Kay, an interdisciplinary artist across many media types, activated the Bubbler space as her studio as she moved a variety of projects forward. Her practice involves shaping the unspeakable into form, paintings for bodies, and she worked on creating a video for a century-overdue apology.
Kim Charles Kay is an artist who can be found living and working in parts named and unnamed across the United States. As an interdisciplinary artist Kay’s practice involves installation, photography, sculpture, performance and painting with each medium informing the next. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Kay is interested in the artmaking and objecthood outside of Art History.
