Jesse Vieau utilizes the Bubbler program model to connect teenagers to a wide range of people and resources in the community. As the library’s project manager for our Making Justice and Media Academy initiatives, his larger goal is to work with teachers, artists, and other community stakeholders to continue building platforms for teenagers to engage in hands-on learning and to share their voices—especially those who are at-risk or court-involved.
