Artist Statement:
The subjects of my portraits are those who are often overlooked by society. In each image my goal is to allow the audience to see individuals as they are. I present each portrait to be compelling and inviting, to draw the viewer to see others in a new perspective.

About the Artist:
Elaine Pasinski Thomas is a portrait and landscape painter. Elaine has specifically served the community as an ordained minister and hospice chaplain. Both ministries allowed her the privilege of engaging with innumerable, frequently vulnerable persons during what was often the most difficult times of their lives.
