English Language Learners (ELL)

In collaboration with Madison East High School

In the spring of 2023, the Bubbler team worked with Ms. Thomsen's High School English Language Learners (ELL) class at East High School to tell their stories of immigration and home as they adapted to a new life in Madison. Students focused their animations on memorable moments in their transition, like making friends, learning English, and getting their first car. We are excited to share their stories with their new community.
